Devonport (known as Devonport (Devon) to distinguish between Davenport in Stockton), is a suburban station in Plymouth, Devon. Originally known as Devonport Albert Road to distinguish it from the other Devonport (King's Road) station; it is actually in the Stoke parish of Plymouth. It is one of three stations to serve Devonport Dockyard (the other two being Dockyard, and Keyham), as it is close to the Albert Gate entrance.
Devonport has 2 platforms linked by a footbridge; there is no step free access.
The station can be reached via Palm Court, or via footpath off Havelock Terrace. A large car park opens on to Platform 1, the bridge to Platform 2 is to the right.
There is a car park next to Platform 1 and a shelter on Platform 1.
There are no ticket purchasing facilities; passengers must buy on the train, at their destination or interchange station.
